Процентный своп, предполагающий обмен долговых обязательств с фиксированной и нефиксированной ставкой. Сторона, выплачивающая фиксированную процентную ставку, может прервать свое участие в контракте в течение определенного периода без примения каких-либо санкций против нее, что оговаривается при заключении контракта.
